IJM Land Berhad and its joint venture partner, FCW Holdings Berhad, co-developers for Savio, hosted a topping up ceremony today at the rooftop of the development to mark the completion of the structural frame of Savio Multi Generational Suites. Located in the emerging Segambut, Savio is the first of a three phase development of Riana Dutamas, a 37 storey tower with a gross development value of RM565 million. It has to date achieved a take up rate 90%.
