Gatsby introduced its latest Ultimate Lock variant in the Dressing Pomade range which now carries a total of four variants that also includes Upper Hold, Classical Tight and Yuppie Mat – all of which offers men the sleek comb-back style Gatsby look.

Gatsby, a brand by Mandom Corporation has been producing products for men’s grooming needs in Japan since 1978. Product categories ranges from body care, fragrances, face care, shaving, hair colour to hair styling. All of these products are to cater to men’s fashion sense and daily grooming.

The Dressing Pomade, one of its hair styling range, was developed to create the latest hairstyles perfectly matched with men’s smart and elegant attires. With the new Ultimate Lock variant, consumers can expect a firm and sturdy look with strong holding power; it also provides a tight finish. The Upper Hold variant on the other hand is ideal to create a pompadour style with voluminous effect, Classical Tight for a classical side parted look, while the Yuppie Mat for side swept with matte finishing.

Ideal for daily use, the Dressing Pomade’s water-based formula makes washing off easy while its hydrating properties and botanical essence also helps prevent hair dryness and split ends.

In conjunction with the introduction of the Ultimate Lock variant, Gatsby hosted an event at Sunway Pyramid in collaboration with Watsons to offer its consumers a Great Gatsby experience while educating them on the various styling trends. The Gatsby customer experience is an exclusive men only event which garners interest especially with men in their 20s to 40s.

The Dressing Pomade range is available at all Watsons stores nationwide for RM29.90 (80g) each.
