Avast, ‘tis a Pirate-y School Holiday! , The Curve
Ahoy,
mateys! It’s time to set sail on an adventure on the high seas this September
school holidays at two of Mutiara Damansara’s favourite malls!
From
August 25 to September 3, 2017, visitors to both malls will be able to immerse
themselves in a truly pirate-inspired ambience. With the Curve’s Centre Court
and eCurve’s Centre Atrium transformed to mimic the open seas, complete with pirate
ships and mysterious islands, it’s the perfect setting to get into the spirit
of a nautical holiday. Don’t miss out on shiploads of looting and pillaging fun
as the pirate-themed campaigns come to life!
The
Curve’s Treasure Cove campaign will
offer a thrilling treasure hunt for the little ones. Challenges such as Sword Fight, Toss the Cannon Ball, Walk
the Plank and more await on this
mission of derring-do. Those who are able to complete all the obstacles will be
certified a hero with their very own Pirate’s
Badge, courtesy of the Curve! Better yet, a special pirate’s eye patch and
hat await the best treasure seekers who are able to discover these hidden
bounties. Children can take part in the Curve’s activities for free by signing
up at the registration booth at the Centre Court. There will also be special Arts and Crafts activities for the first
200 participants every weekend from 2pm onwards.
Everyone
loves a good carnival, and with eCurve’s The
Pirate’s Carnival campaign, there will be even more fun and games to be
enjoyed by all buccaneers-to-be. Featuring 10 booths, players can try their
hands at a variety of games from Knock
the Parrot to Hook the Sword. Each
game successfully completed will be rewarded with a stamp, which are
exchangeable for various pirate-themed loot, including a classic Pirate Keychain, a unique Skull Drinking Glass with Straw, a Vintage Diary or an adorable Pirate Rabbit Collectible Figurine subject
to the number of stamps collected. To participate, simply purchase an entry
pass for only RM10 at the Centre Atrium, or get a free pass with a minimum
spend of RM50 at any outlet in the mall.
Jazmi
Kamarudin, General Manager of the Curve, said, “As a family-friendly mall, we understand the importance of
creating family-bonding moments between parents and their children. The school
holidays are the perfect occasion to spend quality time together, and what
better way to do so than with fun and interactive activities like a treasure
hunt? We certainly hope this holiday week will be a refreshing one for all!”

lookout for additional activities to complement their outings. That is why we
never compromise on having engaging events for our shoppers to enjoy and

exhilarating time to our loyal patrons, both the young and young-at-heart.Throughout
the campaign, shoppers will be rewarded whenever they spend at either mall.
