On the same day of The Malaysia Book of Records " Longest Underwater Human Chain" 2017 , Our Deputy Minister of Tourism and Culture Malaysia , YB Datuk Mas Ermieyanti Samsudin also Inaugurated Few meaningful Activity around the Island . Approximately at the launch ceremony MYcoral Edutourism & Voluntourism 2017 recommended coral foundation Malaysia (Ycm) on bidong island by YB Datuk Mas Ermieyanti Samsudin , Deputy Minister Tourism & Culture Malaysia . Mycoral Program Introduction in bidong island , terengganu on 6 October 2017 involving the 20 Volunteers Rover . The continuity of nature around Marin by TM , The Mycoral initiative also provides awareness of the interests of coral reefs against the ecosystem and marine life .
State of terengganu needs to pay serious attention in the sea eco-Marine management of bidong island included in tenggol island and cluster of islands around it . Continued effort in the marine research program by the university of MALAYSIA TERENGGANU (UMT) and program mycoral edutourism, mycoral voluntourism, Mycoralfarm & Mycoralpreneur by the coral coral foundation (Ycm) continues to receive support from the federal government , terengganu state government and will be contributing to corporate funds against . Therefore , it is recommended to the state of terengganu to lift bidong and others island as a footprint of terengganu state heritage .
